Lansdowne Station - generator noise required for Easier Access work at platform level
October 21 to 23, 2020
What we are doing and why?
As part of the Easier Access Program, the TTC is installing elevators to make Lansdowne Station accessible.
In order to carry out this work a generator is required within the construction zone at street level beside the station. The generator is required overnight on October 21 until October 23 from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. for powering equipment used to core manholes at the eastbound and westbound platform levels at Lansdowne Station.
- There will be generator related noise overnight from October 21 to 23 from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
- The generator will be active as of Wednesday, October 21 at 10 p.m. until Friday, October 23 at 6 a.m. at street level in the construction zone beside the station.
Thank you for your patience as we work to make Lansdowne Station accessible.
