  • offer our customers spontaneity of travel
  • be inclusive and a part of the community
  • help ensure and foster dignity
  • expand our customers’ travel opportunities
  • improve customer service

The strategy also addresses new legislative requirements contained with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and recommendations provided by the City of Toronto Auditor General.

Please join us for updates on the Wheel-Trans 10-Year Strategy, including the Family of Services Program, Access Hubs, Conditional Trip-Matching and Re-registration. Participants will have an opportunity to ask questions and provide input to the Wheel-Trans team.
